You will be a key driver in the development of our product analytics capability to further advance our leading edge position in the digital adoption space.

Job requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, documentation and enhancement of the analytics product development
  • Using AWS & Microsoft technologies build, test, deploy and optimise a suite of Analytics Dashboards to integrate in to the AppLearn product set
  • Contribute to the evolution of the strategic roadmap
  • Identify and document opportunities for the advancement of data capture which further drives analytics solutions
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: optimizing delivery, testing and enabling scalability
  • Build analytical tools to enable KPI monitoring of engagement with and performance of customers analytics dashboards and Internal Management Information
  • Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, and Professional Services teams to bring innovation across our product and professional services
  • Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems
  • Produce high quality documentation of solution design

Core Competences

  • Proven experience creating and optimising analytics dashboards that drive positive business and user-behavioural outcomes
  • Experience working with BI tools such as PowerBI
  • Experience with developing open source dashboards frameworks desirable
  • Experience using statistical packages R/Python
  • Exceptional problem solving skills with an emphasis on product development
  • Experience of working in agile teams and using code versioning systems
  • Motivated to learn and grow in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
