Reporting to – Head of Professional Services

Opportunity to join a world leading software technology business in an emerging market, based in Manchester. With a global customer and employee base, this opportunity offers exposure to international Customer Success practices with a great opportunity to grow.

Working closely with the Head of Professional Services and Senior Implementation Consultants you will be responsible for and contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of Applearn solutions for our Customers. As an Implementation Consultant, you will work with Applearn’s Project Managers and together scope, design and implement Applearn’s solutions for our global customers

Job requirements

What is expected of you?

•Become a trusted advisor to our customers by mastering all Applearn’s products and features
•Apply your product knowledge and customer facing skills to determine the design, build and provide a five star implementation experience
•Manage your work packages meeting tight deadlines on multiple projects – simultaneously sometimes
•Implement solutions that address real use cases and business needs in an efficient manner
•Train and enable customers and partners to implement technical solutions that promote full utilisation of the Applearn solution
•Arrange and conduct customer meetings to map key in-app process flows and document findings for presenting back recommendations
•Work with colleagues from QA, Development, Technical Support and Product to advocate for the customer and drive continual improvement
•Uphold the core values of the business – without exception

Core Competences and Previous Experience

•Knowledge of HTML, CSS and jQuery
•Confident phone manner when dealing with technical teams
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•A desire to see tasks through to conclusion and willingness to deal with obstacles head on
•Good knowledge of IT system and online applications
